MY HR DIRECTOR SERVICES

This service is provided to employers who do not have a dedicated Human Resource Manager on staff.  For a low annual fee, contracting for this service provides business owners or executives with on-line and telephonic access to our certified Human Resource professionals – 24/7. 

You can consult our professionals at any time, on any issue you are facing; and we will provide you with the best possible solution or answer in a fast and efficient way. We will provide guidance and advice and if needed, will roll up our sleeves and provide you with practical hands-on work to solve your issue.

With this service – if you have under 200 employees – we believe that you will not need to hire a dedicated HR Manager to handle the day to day issues that keep you “up at night.”  Our timely advice and guidance to your most urgent and pressing questions and issues will exceed your expectations and help you create a balanced approach to managing your day to day HR needs.

Our Annual Contract Fees are:

  • Less than 50 employees   - $100/month
  • Less than 100 employees - $200/month
  • Less than 150 employees - $300/month
  • Less than 200 employees - $400/month

This service will pay for itself and provide you a high return on investment.

MY RECRUITER

MY RECRUITER – provides our clients with a comprehensive, low cost, retainer based recruitment service that functions much like how your HR department would function when recruiting for new or replacement positions or staffing up for special projects.  My Recruiter guarantees results and is priced at 50% below the market charged by contingency Recruitment Agencies.

We will:

  • Consult with you to develop the job specifications and job description for the position
  • Write and develop the on-line ads used in the recruiting process
  • Place the ads under our logo and filter all responses
  • Select the best responses and sort them into short list potential candidates
  • Review the short list with the hiring manager
  • Interview all candidates for appropriate match and interest
  • Set up second and  third interviews
  • Perform all related background reference checks using a third party researcher
  • Help close the hiring process and write the employment contract
  • Provide a six-month guarantee

This complete recruitment service is performed for a cost of 12% – to – 15% of the starting salary plus any additional expenses approved by the client.  Discounts are provided for multiple searches, or special project staffing and to long standing clients.

Our relationship with these Consultants provides us with the ability to help our clients design and implement cost effective Benefit and Pension Plans that maximize the tax effectiveness of the Plan for the Plan Sponsors while delivering enhanced benefits and greater value for the premium dollars spent.

We work with our clients to determine the right mix of plan design elements to meet the demographic needs of our client’s employees; and consult with our network to ensure the best plan design is developed to achieve the goals of our clients.

We will coordinate the changes being made and steer all of these changes through to completion.

We project manage the entire Benefit and Pension planning implementation process through to completion and ensure that our clients have the best Plan administration and  support needed.
